21 Day CrossFit School

21 day crossfit challengeWe have created this specifically for beginners on their fitness journey.

Learn the basics of CrossFit in a non judgment environment with everyone around you at the same level. You will receive private coaching & extra support to build confidence that you can safely & efficiently perform any CrossFit movement.

Our mission for this program is to expose you to how strong & energised you are designed to feel.
You must complete a total of 9 workouts over the 3 weeks.
Timetable
Monday — 7:00am or 6:30pm
Wednesday — 7:00am or 6:30pm
Friday — 7:00am or 6:30pm

(Members must complete at least 3 classes of the 9/week)
