BENTON BootCamp has been one of our signature services for the past 6 years. This style of class turns exercise from a chore into something to look forward to!

In these classes you will be guided by health & fitness experts to transform your lifestyle. You will be welcomed into an empowering tribe of like minded people that will keep you accountable to your fitness journey.

These classes are notorious for sweating it out through high intensity interval training, using traditional Bootcamp equipment like torsion bars, slam balls,  boxing gear, kettlebells, dumbbells & so much more. Our group environment creates an energetic atmosphere like nothing you have experienced.

Our user friendly fitness program is specifically designed to burn off stubborn body fat whilst increasing strength & fitness at the same time.
